It all started with a knife and a dream, of being just like his father. In 2009 while attending Drew University Ray would work part time at night closing the meat department, learning to cut and bone different cuts and species. Thus the passion began and a career. Being a fourth generation butcher Ray learned all he could from his father, and has honed his skills for the past Ten years into a master craft. Being a Sussex County resident all his life, Ray finally decided it was time to put his skill to good use and offer his service to the local hunters.
